Summary

SIFMA provides comments to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on a proposal by the National Stock Exchange, Inc. (NSX) to adopt a new order type called the “Auto-Ex Only” order, File No. SR–NSX–2013–02.   SIFMA believes the SEC should disapprove NSX’s proposal.
