The SIFMA Invest! program and virtual platform provide our member firms the opportunity to connect with students at a variety of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and Minority-Serving Institutions (MSIs) interested in pursuing a career in the capital markets.
SIFMA and the financial services industry recognize companies that prioritize diversity have better financial performance and that an inclusive environment allows for greater collaboration and innovation. It is imperative there is a diverse talent pipeline for the breadth of career opportunities in financial services. SIFMA believes SIFMA Invest! is one of the tools to help build that pipeline.

- Opportunities for students to study for and take the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam;
