Summary

SIFMA provides comments to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) on the proposed rulemaking that would implement certain orderly liquidation authority provisions under the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (the Dodd-Frank Act). SIFMA addresses the dilemma of Too Big To Fail (TBTF) and gives observations and recommendation relating to the proposed rule.
