Steve Cirami

A class action and mass tort attorney by trade, over the past two decades, Steve has served in every capacity in the class action industry, from attorney, to court-appointed class action expert, to running one of the largest global class action claims administration companies for many years. As the Head of the Corporate Action and Class Action teams for Broadridge, Steve is leading efforts to expand and continue to deliver operational and product excellence.

Steve has been writing and speaking on class action topics since the mid-90s. Most recently, he was involved in the changes to the federal Class Action rule that went into effect a year ago as well as contributing to the Duke Law Rule 23 Changes Best Practices. Steve has also personally been appointed by courts as an “expert” on class action topics; a “claims administrator” and “fund administrator;” as well as to audit administrations of other claims administrators.
