Robert Carlson

Bob Carlson is a Business Risk & Control Manager at Wells Fargo Advisors in St. Louis. Bob serves as WFA’s privacy leader and manages a team that coordinates all issues related to privacy, including operationalizing compliance with GLBA, TCPA, CCPA, Reg S-P, CAN-SPAM, and GDPR. In his position, he is responsible for WFA’s telemarketing policies and procedures, privacy notices, cross border transfers, and many other privacy matters.  Bob also manages WFA’s fraud risk team. Bob received his JD and BA from Saint Louis University and was a unit leader in the Consumer Protection Division of the Missouri Attorney General’s office prior to joining WFA.
