Peter Bove

Peter is the Director of Global Corporate Actions at CIBC World Market Corp, he is a veteran of over 40 years in the business having managed all forms of corporate actions at different investment banks and retail brokers. He has also held different positions within SIFMA going back to the Reorganization Division, SIA. For four years he chaired the Reorganization Committee and is currently a Co-Chair on the partial calls task force.
