Marie Griffin

Marie Griffin is a Director with FINRA’s Technology Department. She works as a manager on the product management team supporting FINRA CAT, LLC, a subsidiary of FINRA that is the Plan Processor for the Consolidated Audit Trail (CAT).

Previously, Ms. Griffin was a Director in FINRA’s Transparency Services department, which operates FINRA’s equity and fixed income market transparency facilities (TRACE, ORF, ADF and the TRFs). She developed specifications and training for FINRA’s Reference Data Management System and the Trade Reporting Facilities, and worked closely with FINRA’s Market Operations team in their oversight of FINRA trade reporting and dissemination. Prior to that, she was a Product Manager overseeing the FINRA Report Center and Automated Data Delivery System.

Ms. Griffin has worked at FINRA for over eighteen years. She graduated from Washington and Lee University with a B.A. in English.
