Nyron Latif

Head of Operations Wealth & Investment Management, Wells Fargo & Company

Nyron Latif is the head of Operations for Wealth & Investment Management (WIM). In this role, he is responsible for establishing and leading the WIM-wide operations function that supports and enables the achievement of the division’s strategic objectives. With a focus on client experience, risk management, process excellence, automation, and efficiency, he provides executive leadership to the development and ongoing management of WIM operations groups.

A 21-year financial services veteran, Nyron was most recently managing director and global head of Third Party Risk Management at Goldman Sachs. Prior to this, Nyron held many other leadership roles at Goldman Sachs, including chief operating officer for Bangalore, global head of Asset Management and Private Wealth Management Operations, and co-global head of Securities Operations. Nyron launched his career leading the transformation and build-out of the Private Wealth and Securities Operations with Goldman Sachs Bank in Switzerland. He started his career with IBM process engineering before getting a graduate degree.

Nyron holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Marist College and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from New York Institute of Technology.

Nyron is a board member of LEEP, a college access program for students in the greater Newark area, and NIA Community Center in Newark, New Jersey. He lives in Livingston, New Jersey with his wife and children.
