John Regan

John Regan is a senior director for the Trading and Asset Services business within FIS Capital Markets. In his current role, he leads the strategic oversight of corporate actions data and outsourcing solutions to financial institutions. John brings over 25 years of corporate actions experience to help drive new solutions and improve efficiencies to FIS’ clients.  His prior roles include work at Fidelity and State Street along with founding a firm dedicated to streamlining the class actions process.
