John Falco

John Falco is a Vice President for the Position Services Group, a division of the Shared Services and Banking Operations organization at Morgan Stanley, where he oversees the North American Voluntary Corporate Actions team.

John has over 30 years brokerage operations experience, with a primary focus on North American Corporate Actions and specializing in election risk management. Mr. Falco has been at Morgan Stanley for 20 years and has performed leadership roles at organizations such as JP Morgan Chase and Salomon Smith Barney. He has extensive experience in managing all Reorganization activity for Prime Brokerage, Retail, and Managed Accounts. Other areas of experience include Stock Loan Operations, Reconciliations, Settlements, and Prime Brokerage Operations.

Mr. Falco is an active member of the Corporate Actions Section within Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association’s (SIFMA) Operations and Technology Society, and co-chair chair of the Reorganization Committee, as well as a current holder of a Series 99 license.
