Eugene V. Clark is a Managing Director with Citigroup and is head of the employment law function for Citi’s Institutional Clients Group which includes Investment, Corporate, Commercial and Private Banking, Markets & Securites Services, and Treasury & Trade Solutions. He also has oversight responsibility for Citi’s immigration law function. He is a graduate of New York Law School and is a member of the Law and Compliance Division of SIFMA.
