Dale Spoljaric

Dale Spoljaric maintains over 20 years of experience in the derivatives industry through various roles involving regulatory compliance, financial rules, and customer protection. In his current position as Vice President, Capital & Exams at National Futures Association (NFA), he oversees the development and execution of the swap dealer examination, investigation, and financial surveillance programs. Prior to NFA, Mr. Spoljaric was US Head of Agency Derivative Services Compliance at Barclays Capital Inc. where he led a team of compliance professionals covering futures, cleared swaps, and FX prime brokerage. His career also includes positions with JP Morgan Securities and CME Group. Mr. Spoljaric earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Accounting and Information Technology from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He’s also a registered CPA in Illinois and Certified Fraud Examiner.
