Meghan Irmler

Ms. Irmler is an Associate General Counsel in the Asset Management Group of Raymond James Financial, Inc.  Prior to joining Raymond James, Ms. Irmler was a Senior Attorney at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP focusing on all aspects of investment adviser regulation across practice areas from financial products and M&A to structured finance and private equity. Ms. Irmler received her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and her B.A. from Barnard College, Columbia University.
