Katherine McGrail

Katherine McGrail is a shareholder at Murphy & McGonigle, 2021 Securities Regulation Law Firm of the Year. Ms. McGrail’s practice focuses on representing financial services institutions and public companies, and their employees, in civil litigation and regulatory enforcement matters. Ms. McGrail advises clients across the spectrum of the financial services industry with respect to compliance with the constantly evolving securities laws, rules and regulations. She also represents companies involved in investigations initiated by state and federal regulatory authorities, including banking regulators, the SEC, the DOJ, FINRA and state Attorneys General. Ms. McGrail has been named to the “Ones to Watch” list of Best Lawyers in America 2021.
