Dan Arnold

Dan Arnold is LPL Financial’s chief executive officer, a role he has held since 2017. Since 2015, he has also served as LPL’s president, with responsibility for the firm’s primary client-facing functions and long-term strategy for growth.

Mr. Arnold served as LPL’s chief financial officer from June 2012 to March 2015 and was responsible for formulating financial policy, leading our capital management efforts, and ensuring the effectiveness of the organization’s financial functions.

Mr. Arnold joined LPL in January 2007, following its acquisition of UVEST Financial Services Group, Inc. (“UVEST”). Prior to joining LPL, Mr. Arnold worked at UVEST for 13 years, serving most recently as president and chief operating officer.

Mr. Arnold earned a B.S. in electrical engineering from Auburn University and holds an M.B.A. in finance from Georgia State University.
