Summary

SIFMA provides comments and accompanying chart (page 4) to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) with regard to the reporting requirements for complex debt. The chart addresses a number of technical issues our member firms are confronting with respect to complex debt reporting and makes recommendations for guidance.
