SIFMA’s Asset Management Group (SIFMA AMG) provides comments to The European Securities and Markets Authority, The European Banking Authority and The European Insurance and the Occupational Pensions Authority on second consultation paper regarding risk-mitigation techniques for OTC-derivative contracts not cleared by a CCP under Article 11(15) of EMIR2 as proposed in the draft regulatory technical standards.
