Course Description   Bias is a natural part of the human experience and everyone is susceptible to it. And yet, if left unexamined it can (and has) led to conditions in organizations that impede opportunities for individuals to contribute fully to their workplace.  In the absence of full engagement at work both employees and their organizations suffer.  Employees feel disengaged and frustrated, and companies suffer from a dearth of talent being deployed toward organizational goals and objectives.  This session will  highlight how bias is experienced by individuals and how individuals at all levels of the organization can begin to form new patterns of behavior that allow them to bridge the demographic differences at work.
