With the dramatic setting of a Himalayan summit expedition, this simulation focuses on group dynamics and leadership. Participants will play one of many roles on a team of intrepid climbers, and collaborate to ensure that everyone reaches the summit. However, the journey up is cold and treacherous, and teammates must work together to maximize achievement and minimize the perils that threaten survival. During the faculty debrief, we will have a chance to explore issues in team dynamics, leadership, and psychology.
