The Asset Managers Forum (AMF) of The Bond Market Association (TBMA)* provides comments to U.S. Senators Mike Crapo (R-Idaho) and Charles E. Schumer (D-N.Y.) on the National Employee Savings and Trust Guarantee (NESTEG) Act before the U.S. Senate Finance Committee.  TBMA believes the NESTEG should contain provisions to amend the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) to permit cross-trading, the trading between pension plan accounts held within a single asset management firm.
