The Bond Market Association (TBMA)* provides comments to the New York State Temporary Commission on Lobbying on amendments to lobbying law.  TBMA believes the bond writing and underwriting process, as well as the process of procuring firms for bond underwriting services, are significantly different from tradition lobbying and application of the existing reporting structure presents a number of unique challenges in applying the lobbying law amendments.
