Clarification of Rule G-37

Summary

The Bond Market Association (TBMA)* provides comments to the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB) on a proposed amendment and interpretations of Rule G-37.  TBMA’s letter addresses the ability of broker-dealers and municipal finance professionals (MFPs) to make and solicit contributions to political party committees and political action committees (PACs).
