FASB’s Invitation to Comment – Agenda Consultation
SIFMA provided comments to the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) on its Invitation to Comment - Agenda Consultation (the “ITC”).
SIFMA provides commends to the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC), regarding the International Securities Exchange (ISE) proposed rule change to amend ISE Rule 722, “to prohibit certain types of complex orders from legging into the regular market.” SIFMA strongly agrees with the proposal to since it eliminates a loop hole that allows market maker quotes to trade beyond their risk mitigation settings in the regular market.
