The Options Committee of SIFMA provides comments to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) relating to various proposals from the options exchanges to address quote mitigation.  The American Stock Exchange, the Boston Stock Exchange, the Chicago Board Options Exchange, the International Securities Exchange, NYSE-Arca,  the Philadelphia Stock Exchange, and PHLX filed proposed changes to the Penny Quoting Pilot Program, SR-Amex-2006-106, SR-BSE-2006-48, SR-CBOE-2006-92, SR-CBOE-2006-98, SR-ISE-2006-62, SR-NYSEArca-2006-73 and SR-Phlx-2006-53.  SIFMA shares its observations and recommendations on each of the proposals.
