SIFMA provides comments to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on FINRA Rule 0151. SIFMA supports the adoption of Rule 0151, but object to the amendments to Rule 0150, and ask the SEC to institute proceedings to approve or disapprove the proposed rule change.
