Collection of Connected Entity Data from RTOs and ISOs

Summary

SIFMA provides comments to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) in response to it’s proposed amendments to regulations on reporting of data by regional transmission organizations (RTOs) and independent system operators (ISOs).

SIFMA welcomes the proposal to use the Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) and agrees that the use of this established system would be a great benefit to the FERC.
