SIFMA and 30 other trade associations provide comments to the Obama Administration strongly supporting the Administration’s pursuit of a comprehensive and high-standard Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) agreement in 2012. Specifically, the groups strongly urge the Administration to reiterate the importance of all TPP countries (including those that may join these negotiations later) to commit not only to a comprehensive and high-standard TPP agreement, but also to strong enforcement settlement provisions.
