The Securities Industry Association (SIA)*, The Bond Market Association (TBMA), the Futures Industry Association (FIA) and the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) provide comments to the U.S. Senate Agriculture Committee on reauthorizing the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). The primary concern of the associations is a provision within the draft legislation to reauthorize the CFTC that would change the so-called Treasury Amendment.
