The Securities Industry Association (SIA)* provides comments to the U.S. Department of Treasury on U.S. securities firms access to China’s capital markets. The U.S. securities industry can contribute substantially to the development of China’s financial markets. SIA urges China to continue to liberalize its capital markets and the U.S. Department of the Treasury to reduce and eliminate barriers faced by U.S. securities firms.
