The Securities Industry Association (SIA)* provides comments to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network of the U.S. Department of the Treasury (FinCEN) on proposed revisions to Suspicious Activity Report by the Securities and Futures Industries (SAR-SF).  SIA offers support for the proposed revisions and outlines recommendations for simplifying the SAR-SF form and the SAR process as a whole, in addition to enhancing the effectiveness of suspicious activity reporting.
