FASB’s Invitation to Comment – Agenda Consultation
SIFMA provided comments to the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) on its Invitation to Comment - Agenda Consultation (the “ITC”).
PSA The Bond Market Association (TBMA), a predecessor organization of SIFMA, provides comments to the National Association of Securities Regulation, Inc. (NASDR) on proposed amendments to NASD Conduct Rule 2210 (Communications with the Public), which would subject written or electronic communications prepared for a single customer to the general and specific standards of Rule 2210. PSA TBMA strongly opposes the proposed amendments to Rule 2210 as an appropriate or necessary means of assuring that all communications with the public, including those prepared for a single customer, should not contain information that could be considered exaggerated, unwarranted, or misleading.
