Whether financial services firms may pay their employees on the basis of objective, formulaic pay systems, notwithstanding allegations that such systems discriminate, under  Title VII, Section 703(h), of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, with respect to the opportunities employees have to generate the revenue used to calculate compensation.
