TBMA Submits Comments to the SEC on TRACE Rules

Summary

The Bond Market Association (TBMA)* provides comments to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on proposed amendments to TRACE Rule 6250 and related TRACE rules to disseminate transaction information on all TRACE-eligible securities and facilitate dissemination.  The proposed amendments were submitted to the SEC by the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. (NASD).
