The Bond Market Association (TBMA) and the American Securitization Forum (ASF) provide comments to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on proposed rules regarding specialized certification requirements for a company’s quarterly and annual reports by its principal executive officers and principal financial officers.  The groups focus their observations and recommendations on the proposed rules as they relate to asset-backed securities.
