SIFMA, College Savings Foundation (CSF), College Savings Plans Network (CSPN), Investment Company Institute (ICI) and Strategic Insights provide comments to the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board for delaying the compliance date for the first Form G-45 filings required under MSRB Rule G-45. We believe this delay will provide the staff of the MSRB and underwriters additional time to better understand and implement these new filing requirements. Collectively, we continue to support the MSRB’s interest in obtaining industry data and we are committed to the success of Rule G-45.
