SIFMA provides comments to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s (MRSB) proposed amendments to MSRB Rule A-13, Release No. 34-63095, File No. SR-MSRB-2010-10. SIFMA does not believe the MSRB has provided sufficient justification to increase its fees, and urges the SEC to reject the MSRB proposal in its current form.
