SIFMA provides comments to the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB) on Regulatory Notice 2016-07, in which the MSRB requests comment on draft interpretive guidance on prevailing market price, amending MSRB Rule G-30. SIFMA submits this letter as a supplement to its submission of June 7, 2010 regarding MSRB Notice 2010-10, in which the MSRB proposed similar interpretive guidance, and we incorporate by reference our prior comment in this proceeding.
