SIFMA provides comments to International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) on the IOSCO Point of Sale Disclosure Issues Paper.  SIFMA recommends that additional factors should be considered before reaching conclusions or recommending specific outcomes. TSIFMA notes the factors include: (1) understanding the client/financial services provider relationship; (2)focusing on performance; (3) and the use of websites.
