SIFMA, the Futures Industry Association (FIA), and the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) provide comments to the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) on the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on the Prohibition of Market Manipulation, RIN No. 3038-AD27. The Associations provide comments in response to the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on the Prohibition of Market Manipulation in which the CFTC solicited comments on its proposed rules to implement new anti-manipulation authority in Section 753 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.
