SIFMA, The Clearing House Association L.L.C., the Independent Community Bankers of America, the American Bankers Association, the Mortgage Bankers Association and the Financial Services Roundtable provided comments to the U.S. Department of Labor, requesting a 60‐day extension of the comment period, regarding the exemptions for executive, administrative, professional, outside sales, and computer employees and the affects in the banking industry.
