Summary

SIFMA AMG provides comments to the Chair and Ranking Minority Member of the House Natural Resources Committee on pending legislation to address Puerto Rico’s fiscal crisis. SIFMA AMG supports Congress’ efforts to create a limited and targeted framework to address Puerto Rico’s fiscal crisis through H.R. 4900, the Puerto Rico Oversight, Management, and Economic Stability Act.
