The Asset Management Group of SIFMA (SIFMA AMG) provides comments to the CME Group in response to the Joint Audit Committee (JAC) Alert 14-03 (addressing the Receipt of Margin Funds and Combining Accounts for Margin Purposes) with concerns about the potential negative impacts on SIFMA AMG members and their clients and the asset management business as a whole.
