Summary

SIFMA’s Asset Management Group (SIFMA AMG) provides comments to the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) on its consultation paper on the European Market Infrastructure Regulation (EMIR) clearing obligation on interest rate swaps (EMIR no.1). SIFMA AMG also submitted comments to ESMA’s consultation paper on credit default swaps (EMIR – no.2).
