The Technology Regulatory Subcommittee of the Securities Industry Association (SIA)* provides comments to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on a proposed rule change by the New York Stock Exchange, Inc. (NYSE) relating to amendments to NYSE Rules 342 (Offices-Approval, Supervision and Control), 440 (Books and Records) and 472 (Communications with the Public).  SIA strongly supports the prompt approval of the proposal.
