The Securities Industry Association (SIA)* provides comments to the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) on the OECD’s Proposals for Improving Mechanisms for the Resolution of Tax Treaty Disputes. SIA strongly believes that arbitration will be useful in promoting the resolution of tax treaty disputes.
