Summary
The Securities Industry Association (SIA)* provides comments to Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB) on amendments to MSRB Rule G-2, Notice 2006-26. SIA believes that the amendments will have an impact on Qualified Tuition Plans (529 college savings plans) and the broker-dealer intermediaries who market them.
