The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) responds to comments filed by SIFMA on avoidance powers under the Orderly Liquidation Authority Title (OLA) of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (Dodd-Frank Act).
