Whether a court appointed receiver for a Ponzi entity may sue banks on behalf of aggrieved investors (arguing e.g., the bank aided and abetted the Ponzi scheme) since the receiver is actually stepping into the shoes of the tortfeasor Ponzi entity, such that it ends up representing both the Ponzi perpetrator and its victims.
