William Persing

Will Persing joined Elixirr in 2019 after completing a graduate degree at Columbia University. Since joining, Will has worked across multiple industries and geographies helping clients identify market opportunities and foster disruptive thinking while transform their businesses. Will is highly experienced in design thinking and building solutions that place the customer at the center. Most recently, Will has worked with a major insurance company to oversee their 2022 initiative planning and transform how benefits are tracked and realized on a company-wide basis.
