Timothy Casey

Tim serves as Co-Head of the Goldman Sachs’s Business Intelligence Group for the Americas within Financial Crime Compliance and MLRO for Goldman Sachs Asset Management.  He has held various roles within the firm’s AML program, including co-heading the Transaction & Market Surveillance Groups.  Prior to joining, he served most recently as an Assistant Regional Director in the SEC’s Division of Enforcement, and before that practiced securities law at Clifford Chance.
